THE PERSON BEHIND THE IDEAS

Practical experience.
A belief in possibility.

I’m Faisal Raza. I connect technology, learning, and the human work of change.

Portrait of Faisal Raza

Complexity taught me
the value of clarity.

My career began in systems development and business analysis in the United States. Over the following decades, my work grew into leading technology initiatives across financial services, energy, professional services, and other enterprise environments in Canada.

That work has involved cloud implementations, business systems, regulatory programs, vendor coordination, and initiatives that needed a clearer route forward.

Alongside delivery, I’ve trained professionals in project management, business analysis, quality assurance, UAT, and PMO practices. Today, The Adaptable Mind brings that teaching instinct to AI and the habits that help us grow through change.
